Job Duties:

• Determine the type of insurance documentation subcontractor/sub-tier will need to submit depending on their scope of work.
• Request, collect and verify Certificate of Insurance (COI) from all subcontractors, sub-tiers, vendors, and material suppliers on multiple projects.
• Communicate with field, labor compliance, and accounting teams as necessary.
• Enter insurance information into the accounting system (SAGE CRE300).
• Monitor Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP)
  • Request and review applications / COI
  • Work with Project Managers to negotiate GL rates if necessary.
  • Submit approved application to the insurance agent for enrollment.
  • Submit change orders using Procore to process CCIP enrollment deduction.
• Monitor Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP)
  • Request and review applications / COI
  • Submit to the Owner for approval and enrollment.
• Track insurance expiration dates and update the accounting system (SAGE CRE300) with renewed dates.
• Generate, review, and send out bi-weekly insurance compliance reports to field teams.

• Preliminary Notices
  • Send out Preliminary/Project information as requested for multiple projects.
  • Receive, review, and match with contract/subcontractor.
  • Enter information into the accounting system (SAGE CRE300) if necessary.
  • Inform accounting and field teams if necessary.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of construction admin experience
• CCIP/OCCIP experience preferred
• Sage CRE300, Procore, PVault experience is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

• $25-$30 per hour
  • The offered rate will be based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience.
• This position is eligible for our benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance. We also offer a 401(k) plan with company match, company-paid holidays, and vacation.
