DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Rumble team to ensure pricing and promotional events and activities are clear
- Must be willingly to attend a live or virtual 3 day General Manager training.
- Assist with managing the weekly schedule for maximum sales/profit
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the studio
- Proficient in ClubReady and LeadSpeak software
- Increase top line revenue by growing member attendance and member retention
- Identify new members in each class and deliver on the Member Experience
- Ask New Members to join as members every class
- Identify existing customers who are low on their member packages and help them renew/upsell
- Provide high level customer service to Rumble clients, handling customer requests or concerns in a positive and timely manner
- Greet all customers entering the studio and develop relationships with recurring members
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely manner
- Drive non-member revenue (retail sales)
- Assist General Manager in Lead Generation Efforts
- Participate in photo shoots and content creation for social media
- Actively engage on Rumble social media channels
