This recruitment will be used to fill one full-time Administrative Program Assistant: Class Scheduler and Curriculum Proposals Coordinator position for the College of Earth, Ocean, and Atmospheric Sciences at Oregon State University ( OSU ).

The purpose of this position is to provide College-wide coordination and implementation of undergraduate and graduate course scheduling and curriculum proposals within the College of Earth, Ocean, and Atmospheric Sciences ( CEOAS ).

This requires a high level of collaboration with College administration, faculty and staff, and, curriculum committees. This position also provides support to the Office of Student Services.

The incumbent in this position collaborates with the Oregon State University ( OSU ) Schedule Desk, and the Registrar's office, in the scheduling of courses and classrooms for the College, and with the Curriculum Management Team for development, tracking, and approval of curriculum proposals for the College. Timely and effective communication with faculty, staff, and students is vital to the successful performance of the duties associated with this position.

Minimum Qualifications (Staff) / Guidelines (Faculty):

Three years of office experience which included two years at full performance level and experience generating documents; and Lead work responsibility or coordination of office procedures.
