Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Outlets, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Lead the Restaurant team in all aspects and ensure service standards are followed
- Ensure smooth day to day operations of restaurant. . Foster and promote a strong work culture, and uphold service standards.
- Coach, guide and support team to provide exceptional guest experience.
- Provide ongoing feedback, establish performance expectations and conduct performance reviews.
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
- Assist in recruiting and training all Outlet Colleagues
- Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
- Attend regularly scheduled departmental meetings
- Communicate effectively and thoroughly with all stakeholders.
- Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotions
- Track sales against budget/forecast, execute strategies for increasing sales, while maintaining constant communication with the team. Manage and track voids, discounts and any financial inconsistencies.
- Monitor guest count and communicate with BOH and FOH teams to ensure a smooth shift.
- Meet financial goals, such as but not limited to: labor cost, food cost, profit margin, etc.
- Have full knowledge of all Outlet menus
- Assist with payroll and scheduling. Anticipate schedule changes based on Restaurant needs and seasonality, and ensure all staffing needs are met while meeting the budget. Manage attendance.
- Maintain legal compliance with all relevant EEO, labor, collective bargaining agreement, T&C, wage and food safety laws and regulations.
- Comply and enforce DOH regulations and Company standards when performing cleaning tasks, preparing food and beverages. . Follow and lead company dress code and hygiene practices and standards.
- Assist in managing the departmental budget
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous Food and Beverage leadership experience required
- Previous point of sale system experience required
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
- University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Visa Requirements: Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Salary Rang e: $56,000 - $75,000 USD Gross Annually
