Position Overview:

In this key role, the successful candidate will help coordinate and oversee multiple crews managing all aspects of landscape maintenance operations. This includes planning, organizing, and supervising maintenance activities to ensure the exceptional upkeep of outdoor spaces, such as parks, gardens, and commercial landscapes. The role requires a strong understanding of horticulture, plant care, and landscape management practices. Additionally, they make decisions in a fast-paced and fluid work environment while maintaining the highest quality and efficiency. 

Position Responsibilities:

· Assist leading weekly meetings and huddles to create a positive environment to build teamwork and a drive towards results.

· Lead, train, and supervise a team of landscape maintenance staff while providing guidance and direction to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

· Perform frequent site visits to assess project progress, meticulously document findings, and collaborate with the team to create and execute action plans for issue resolution.

· Provide regular updates on project progress, address client concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

· Enforce all safety policies and procedures.

· Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of field related experience.

· Budget management skills and a strong attention to detail.

· Strong communication in English and Spanish, including the ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish.

· Possess a strong understanding of various plants, trees, and landscaping material.

· Aspire, Office365, and Excel knowledge preferred.

· Valid state driver’s license

Working Conditions:

Include external environment dealing with all weather and terrain exposure. Safety equipment includes, but is not limited to hard hats, gloves, earplugs, safety vest and safety glasses. This position requires the ability to work during inclement weather events.
