Job description
Connection has an amazing opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a Sr. Infor HRIS Analyst. This is a Remote, Direct Hire opportunity with our client in the healthcare industry. This position is remote and responsible for developing, implementing, upgrading, and maintaining all Infor and related systems, including automated workflows, interfaces, testing, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and configuration of Lawson HCM modules on the front end of the application.
- Ensure a seamless user experience by customizing and optimizing the user interface.
- Utilize your experience to implement and oversee Cloud-based HRIS implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRIS solutions effectively.
- Take charge of setting up various HCM modules, including but not limited to payroll, benefits, and other HR functions.
- Ensure accurate and efficient functioning of HCM modules to meet user requirements.
- Provide support and training to end-users on navigating and utilizing the HRIS system.
- Address user queries and issues promptly to enhance overall user satisfaction.
- Work closely with the third-party managing the back end to align front-end configurations with overall system requirements.
We Value:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HRIS with a focus on Lawson HCM modules.
- Proven experience in leading Cloud-based HRIS implementations.
- Strong technical skills in setting up and configuring HCM modules, particularly in Lawson.
- Ability to enhance user experience through effective front-end configurations.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to HRIS systems.
