Job description

We are working with a leading provider of solar racking technologies, electrical balance-of-system products, and project optimization software.  They have a diversified portfolio of products backed by a strong parent company and 20 GW of solar projects installed with their systems.  This role is a key leadership position within the organization and will play a pivotal role in driving our mission of delivering a more powerful future for U.S. renewable energy. 

As the Director of Operations - eBOS, you will lead the electrical Balance of System product line, overseeing all aspects from design to post-order support. With over 8.5 GWs deployed in the U.S., you will drive efficiency, quality, and alignment across teams to deliver exceptional products and services to their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the eBOS operations team, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing efforts.
• Apply lean principles to optimize processes and maximize quality.
• Foster a cohesive work culture focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
• Integrate local functions with corporate counterparts to drive overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to set strategic direction and drive key decisions.
