Job description
Staff Accountant (Back to Nature Landscaping & Construction)
About You
You are a numbers nerd and you’re highly proficient with spreadsheets– you are the go-to for your friends and family when they need help with Excel.
You’re a staff accountant who wants more variety, responsibility and involvement in company goals.
You want to be a key player in the success of a small but growing company.
You embrace change and know that growing pains and challenges are important for growth.
Your superpower is finding mistakes in invoices and time tracking.
You pride yourself on quick and accurate data entry.
You aren’t afraid to tell your manager when you’ve made a mistake or ask questions when you don’t fully understand something.
You aren’t afraid of spending time on the phone with customers and team members.
You are focused on the details to ensure accuracy, yet you appreciate the bigger picture.
You love digging deep into numbers and data to create comprehensive reports that can be interpreted to analyze trends and make important business decisions.
Your colleagues call you a self-starter and you’re known for your ability to work independently.
When you have an idea or a problem, you speak up and offer a solution, rather than hoping someone else will bring up the issue.
You like a busy work environment. When “things are slow,” you find projects and tasks to accomplish, because you don’t like to sit still.
Pay rate: $55-75K per year, based on credentials and experience
