Put your skills to better use!! The Justin Blanco Agency is looking for an individual with experience in the Insurance industry to join our team as a Full-Time Sales Producer.

You will be responsible for managing customer relationships. Your ability to build rapport will be necessary as you work closely with your customers to understand their business and personal needs to offer valuable options. Salary: $2,200.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Be capable of handling customer rejection.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
