Job description
Marketing/Inside Sales Assistant is responsible for managing the pre-bidding documentation, which includes reviewing the project documentation, strategized-proposal writing, and producing marketing materials. The MSA acts as the key contact and subject-matter expert for all proposal activities. This includes assisting with proposal details, terms and conditions, modifications, while working with the cross functional team to ensure that bid requirements are met. Additionally, this position manages the hardcopy bid submission process and participates in online pre-bid meetings.
BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES
o Professionally produce and update proposals, capability statements, company profile, cover letters, or any other Marketing/Sales related documents.
o Support Sales team to submit bids, prepare the shipping label, finding correct address, tracking the bid package, contacting the receiver of the package, and check the pages for notarization.
o Create & Update proposal Module for each sector and each vertical market.
o Arrange internal Kick-off meeting after receiving the notice of award.
o And perform any related marketing/sales tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS :
o Minimum of 1 year of experience in proposal writing or any related experience.
o Audiovisual Industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
o Must be a bachelor graduate proficiency in writing communication.
Other details
o Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
