Position: Blue Yonder WMS Solutions Consultant

Location: Various cities in the USA

Duration: Full-time

We have an exciting opportunity for a Blue Yonder WMS Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for our esteemed clientele, leveraging the latest Cloud technology. As a Solutions Consultant, you will not only lead but also support our world-class customers, serving as a trusted advisor to both our team and our clients. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a functional vision for tailored solutions to address specific business challenges, working closely with business development executives.
- Offer insights and establish connections between client needs and our suite of products.
- Design, scope, and implement solutions utilizing Blue Yonder products, particularly in the realm of WMS.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations and communicate best practices for implementing Blue Yonder WMS technology.
- Collaborate with customer operations and technical teams to craft top-tier supply chain solutions.
- Ensure seamless implementation of customer solutions, including knowledge transfer to empower clients to extend solution capabilities independently.
- Support the professional development of other team members by sharing expertise and insights.
- Effectively communicate our organizational vision to prospective clients, emphasizing our expertise in designing, building, and implementing solutions within the dynamic Warehouse Management Software environment.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in data and analytics to serve as a knowledgeable resource for our clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in Supply Chain systems.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in implementing JDA/Blue Yonder WMS versions 2017 and above at a configuration/functional level.
- Knowledge of MOCA and SQL preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
