Job description

We customize tooling solutions for our customers' unique needs and application fields and optimize tooling maintenance to avoid unnecessary costs throughout the customer's program lifecycle.
- Accurately generate commercial invoices for international customer shipments with a strong understanding of how to coordinate freight based on the agree incoterms.
- Coordinate shipment of a wide variety of products (sizes, weights and product types) using Rhinestahl’s logistics partners, including coordinating with Customers’ chosen freight forwarders for Ex works shipments.
- Work with Rhinestahl’s international Customer Success Manager (CSM) team to understand the requirements of customer purchase orders regarding freight terms and methods.
- Ensure full compliance is adhered to for all shipments through accurate process execution (commodity export, ITAR and EAR, etc...)
- Identify and address logistics issues to ensure on-time shipment of product.
- Problem solves existing freight/logistics issues to ensure customer on-time delivery.
- Manage and update Rhinestahl’s ERP system with data pertaining to logistics activities for accurate inventory management and data collection.
- Implement new processes to promote efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Reduce and manage costs by monitoring logistics activities with Rhinestahl’s freight partners.
- Associate degree Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3yrs of logistics, shipping, and warehouse operations. Prior global shipping experience is preferred.
- Possess strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented and demonstrate critical thinking.
- Strong organizational skills/sense of urgency
- Must be Customer focused.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Logistics software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be collaborative and team oriented.
