Responsibilities:
- Expertly guide and support a portfolio of 20 or more clients through the entire home-buying process annually.
- Follow established training and systems to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Conduct open houses, virtual and in-person meetings to connect with potential clients and showcase properties.
- Generate comprehensive comparative market analysis (CMA) reports to aid clients in making informed decisions.
- Skillfully prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Cultivate Relationships: Actively engage with potential buyers, cultivating meaningful relationships to understand their unique preferences and needs.
- Local Market Expertise: Stay informed about the latest trends, property values, inventory, and neighborhood insights in the local real estate market. Leverage this knowledge to guide buyers in making informed decisions.
- Prospecting: Continuously seek new opportunities and prospects through various channels, leveraging innovative strategies to expand client base.
- Offer Creation and Negotiation: Skillfully assist buyers in creating competitive offers and negotiate on their behalf to secure favorable terms.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Licensed Real Estate Buyers Specialist position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Active or close-to-obtaining Utah Real Estate License: Possess a valid Utah Real Estate License or be in the process of obtaining one.
