Responsibilities
- Electrical Installations: Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with electrical codes and standards, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical issues, analyze problems, and develop effective solutions. Identify and repair electrical faults in circuits, equipment, and systems.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to plan and execute electrical projects accurately.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety protocols and regulations, both on job sites and in the workshop, to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment for yourself and others.
- Conduit and Wiring: Install conduits, wiring, and electrical components, such as switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures, with precision and attention to detail.
- Testing and Inspection: Conduct electrical tests and inspections to ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems and equipment. Verify compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Upkeep and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to extend their lifespan and reduce the risk of breakdowns or failures.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and team members to discuss project requirements, progress, and any necessary adjustments or modifications.
- Code Adherence: Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes, as well as any additional regulatory requirements.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior electricians, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in the field.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including project documentation, work orders, and reports, to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Emergency Response: Be available for emergency electrical repairs and troubleshooting, responding promptly to resolve critical issues as needed.
- Stay Current: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and changes in electrical codes to continuously improve your expertise and deliver the highest quality service.

- We will make an offer if you are a good fit
- 2+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician required
- Possession of the appropriate and up-to-date electrical licensing and certifications required by local and state regulations.
- Proficiency in electrical installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair work.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- A strong commitment to adhering to safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Must have a valid and clean Driver's License
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
