Job description
We are a top multi-family developer and builder in Southern California and throughout the US. We consistently rank in the top 5-10 in units produced nationally, and have demonstrated a consistent pipeline of work throughout Southern California for many years. We are looking for a superintendent to assist with supervising major trades on a complex multi-family project in Oceanside California. This will be followed by multiple projects local to North San Diego and Orange County- so should give you the ability to keep you local long term.
Supervising major trades on multi-family garden, wrap and podium project.
5+ years of multi-family superintendent experience
