Insider Risk Security Analyst

Our client currently seeks an Insider Risk Security Analyst to join the Insider Risk Management Team. This role will be responsible for driving the protection of their most critical assets. In this role you will be working with cross functional teams such as Security Architecture and Engineering, Governance, and various business units to identify and protect our clients most critical assets.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement framework and strategy to identify and protect sensitive information
Create Policies, Standards and Procedures that govern the Insider Risk Program
Develop and implement framework and strategy to identify and protect sensitive information
Partner with key stakeholders to identify and protect sensitive information
Coordinate with the Insider Risk Management Team, Security Architecture and Engineering to develop and implement detection use cases for crown jewels
Develop key performance and key risk indicators to measure effectiveness of the program
Develop advanced analytic use cases using multiple data sources
Creating and testing policies in Splunk, Symantec, Zscaler, Microsoft DLP
Understand and optimize Insider Risk workflows
Use design thinking to develop and enhance protection products
Utilize data to strengthen and mature the program
Requirements:
12+ years of experience in cyber security (DLP, Insider Risk, Security Architecture)
Previous experience in cyber risk management function
Proficient in regulatory and compliance standards such as PCI-DSS, HIPPA, NIST
Excellent written and verbal communication skills experience with communicating with senior leaders.
Exceptional program management experience
Experience leading enterprise initiatives that span across multiple businesses and stakeholders
Experience in conducting risk assessments
Pay Rate: $90.00 -$120.00 per/hour ( based on skills and experience )
Education Requirements: 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
Important information:
No CORP-to-CORP or 3 rd parties.
There is no per diem with this position.
MUST be able to work without sponsorship or VISA transfer for this position.
