Job Description Summary This position is a key member of the Gloria Larson Center for Women and Business (CWB) team within Bentley University. Bentley's CWB Team advances intersectional gender equity from the classroom to the boardroom. They center the voices of leaders from historically excluded communities to empower women and gender-diverse leaders through innovative research and professional development opportunities. The Program and Business Operations Manager manages the overall organization operations and will be involved in many aspects of strategy, budgeting, goal setting, program management, and client relations.

Essential Duties
- Support the Executive Director and the team on operational and strategic initiatives
- Oversight of all CWB program operations, including student programs, conferences and special events, and corporate program
- Serve as the primary team resource for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and processes, including uploads, file management, system processes, and reporting
- Oversight of administrative, financial operations of accounts payable and receivable of client billing through Workday Customer and executing facilitator and partner payments
- Oversee client tracking, client onboarding, and maintaining up to date information for new clients and partners, and tracking leads for business development
- Support the Executive Director to create annual budget projections and track progress on goals in partnership with Business Development and entire team
- Execute program contracts and maintain file storage and tracking of client activity
- Monitor and improve daily business processes to better advance the mission
- Build processes based on our business goals and measure the efficiency of systems and procedures
- Coordinate with university finance and human resources to ensure budgets and hiring plans meet our mission needs
- Coordinate with team members providing budgetary guidance and coordination of financial processes for all client relationships
- Manage client relationships related to all aspects of program scheduling and delivery for CWB corporate training sessions and corporate visits
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training and development of undergraduate and graduate student internship program participants
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years related work experience; business management or finance degree a plus
- Ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets, financial degree not required
- Computer/tech skills (such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Zoom)
- Experience with Workday Finance and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or other CRMs experience is a plus
- Alignment with CWB/Bentley values and interests, especially regarding a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
- Ability to write quickly and with excellence
- Excellent teamwork, organizational, communication, and project management skills are required
- Project management experience is a plus
- Client and team management experience is a plus
Work Environment
- Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing
- Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery
- Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone
