Required Skills : NA has a client that is seeking a Product Manager in Boston, MA. Duties Include: * Develop and manage the short and long-term product roadmap that aligns with the above goals; This includes creating the product vision, lean canvas, and writing and prioritizing epics and user stories * Manage the overall product management milestones and artifacts, including prioritizing backlog, triaging, and expediting features and functions while communicating this to the development teams and tracking progress in Jira and other tracking mechanisms * Ensure successful implementation by prioritizing functionality and feature development (e.g., leading research projects to document and prioritize policy and business needs through a variety of techniques); (e.g., analysis of operational data and user interviews) and in coordination with the implementing team/vendor(s) * Ensure digital offerings are aligned with and leverage broader technology capabilities, policies, and architectural standards * Set a vision for how the Salesforce instance will meet the needs now and into the future, keeping abreast of future Salesforce technologies and services that will enable future enhancements to the digital offerings * Define a strategy to achieve the vision for how technology will be used to support and enable business needs as they change over time, ensuring business needs and technology resources are in alignment * Become the expert on our software application to drive decision-making, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of the capabilities and limitations of the software, and options, risks, and costs related to technology changes * Manage vendor relationships including coordinating with technology vendor(s) to define requirements and use cases that will inform feature development, ongoing enhancements, and break/fix work * Ensure that use cases, business requirements, and policy demos articulate and/or represent business processes and desired outcomes
