Our dynamic team in downtown Chicago is seeking a talented Human Resources Project Manager to drive key initiatives and support the organization's growth. As a Human Resources Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving HR projects and initiatives that support their strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure the successful implementation of HR programs.
Human Resources Project Manager Responsibilities:
Lead HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Collaborate with HR leadership to develop project plans and timelines
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
Monitor project progress and identify risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
Prepare and present project updates to senior leadership
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Human Resources Project Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5-10 years of relevant experience in HR project management, preferably in a corporate environment
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management tools and software
