Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
- Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
- Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
- Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
- Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
- Make outbound calls to the Customer
- Identify Customer Needs and Provide Solutions
- Provide Excellent Customer Service and Customer Relations
- Build, maintain, and manage customers' accounts
Qualifications:
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- One year or more of customer service and sales experience (recommended)
- Excellent Listening and Communication Skills
