Job Description:
TKAAM is seeking a versatile and creative individual to join our team as a Multimedia Designer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual communication and a diverse skill set encompassing graphic design, animation, videography, website design, and print materials. As a Multimedia Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging multimedia content that effectively communicates our organization's message and engages our audience across various platforms.
Specific Duties:
· Design visually appealing graphics for a variety of mediums including but not limited to digital platforms, print materials, social media, presentations, and promotional items.
· Create animations and motion graphics for videos, presentations, and interactive media.
· Produce high-quality video content, including filming, editing, and post-production.
· Design and optimize graphics, images, and multimedia content for website.
· Produce high-quality designs within specified deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
· Work closely with printers, vendors, and other external partners to oversee production and ensure quality control of printed materials.
· Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve skills and deliver innovative designs.
· Provide backup assistance for social media posting and content creation.
· Assist with other design-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in multimedia design, graphic design, digital design, film, or related field preferred.
· Proven experience as a multimedia designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphic design, animation, videography, and print materials.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
· Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact and web development platforms such as WIX.
· Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation.
· Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
· Understanding of branding principles, typography, and layout design.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and receive feedback.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
