Requirements:

We provide Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with our technology to serve patients in the best possible way. We require our professionals who meet the following requirements:

• Must be actively licensed in the state of California as a Vocational Nurse
• CPR or BLS Certification,
• Physical Test and a TB Test (taken within one year)
• Driver's License or State ID
• Prior experience as a LVN

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)::

• Chart nurses’ notes and care plans in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident’s response to the care.
• Medication administration pass is completed and documented timely, accurately and in accordance with established policies.
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long term care.
• Obtain and carry out Physicians’ orders.
• Pass medications to residents at the correct time in the correct dose, as ordered by physicians
• Continually assess residents for changes-of condition.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise C.N.As
