Job description
Seeking a Financial Analyst II position to join the Rates and Budgets team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for supporting monthly reporting and cost monitoring, and assist in the Cost Center Budget Process. This individual will participate in the development, coordination, and distribution of monthly reporting packages to support financial decision making.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Set up and maintenance of Cost Pool Variance and Scorecard Workbooks
- Monthly reporting including Rate Graphs and Overhead reports
- Ad hoc research and corrections of invoices
- Support to the Cost Monitoring Scorecard package.
- Annual Cost Center Budget process assistance with Hyperion budget model input and analysis
- Cost Center Listing Maintenance
- Ad Hoc support to internal and government audits, Forward Pricing Support and special projects as assigned.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Required education: Bachelor degree at least 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
- Experienced in Excel understanding Pivot Tables, and V-lookups
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well with other team members
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work with and organize large amounts of da ta
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Preferred but not required background with:
- Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standard (CAS);
- Government contracting
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $58300 - $99100
