Job description

Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has an opening for a Physical Therapist (PT). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Fairfield, IA 52556

Assignment Start Date: 3/11/2024

13 weeks | Days | 8-hr shift | 40-hrs with 36 guaranteed weekly

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Previous experience is preferred;

Education:

• Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

• Physical Therapy Board certification and licensure according to state regulations.
• BLS/BCLS certification

EMR System: EPIC knowledge/experience preferred

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Full-time (80 hours per pay period), Days: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
