Job description
Responsibilities:
Focuses on building a solid foundation of sourcing partner best practices to include: § Learn how to partner with both talent acquisition partners and hiring managers to fill open positions § Be an active member in the Strategy In-Take Meeting with the talent partner and hiring team § Establish a foundation of how to utilize and navigate market intelligence tools § Develops fundamentals in hunting and sourcing for talent, utilizing different talent attraction platforms, to include LinkedIn Recruiter § Builds basic skills to actively market job openings, partnering with Recruitment Marketing
Operations Essential Functions:
-Maintain and update Global Workforce Plan
utilizing technical tools and systems
-Support the planning of various Global Early
Careers Operational Projects: Workforce Planning, Budgeting, Reporting,
Compliance
-Use creative solutions to analyze and report
information for Global Early Careers partners
-Run various global reports across Global Early
Careers
-Manage various budgets in partnership with
leadership
-Collaborate with global stakeholders across
various different functions
Preferred
Qualifications § Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SmartRecruiter
is a plus § Basic skills within researching and identifying both passive and active
candidates § General understanding of Talent Acquisition best practices § Basic knowledge of social media outlets utilized for recruiting
(LinkedIn)§ Strong problem-solving skills § Exceptional planning, organization, and project management skills
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $40/hr. to $42/hr. on W2.
