Job description

Looking to join a fast-paced and growing organization? Creative Solutions Group is celebrating our 25th year and we are in growth mode! We are looking for a full-time skilled Welder to join our growing and dynamic team in our Maumee, OH facility. You will be building and welding eye-catching, high-end exhibits for our customers. Most materials for welding will be steel and aluminum.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand and interpret diagrams and blueprints
• Attention to fine material welding and shaping
• Set up welders according to instructions, such as size, trim and form
• Strong knowledge of solvent cleaning, trimming and polishing to prepare weld joints for welding 
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Ability to work in a team setting
• All other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

​ Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in welding aluminum and steel
• Strong attention to detail and design oriented
• Able to understand diagrams and blueprints
