Job description
We're on the hunt for a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team and play a crucial role in steering our financial course. As a key strategic partner to our executive team, you'll lead the financial operations across various divisions, blending leadership with financial prowess to support our growth and vision.
What You'll Do:
Craft and implement the financial strategy to align with our overarching goals.
Spearhead financial planning and forecasts, setting and evaluating financial targets across divisions.
Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting per division, consolidating these reports for a comprehensive financial overview in adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
Manage the submission of consolidated financial reports, meeting lender and stakeholder requirements.
Navigate capital structure, investment activities, and risk management for each division.
Lead funding initiatives, fostering robust investor relations while maintaining transparency and trust.
Offer strategic guidance on the company's public offering processes, drawing from previous IPO experience.
Create annual budgets in collaboration with division heads, optimizing resource allocation.
Enforce cost-control practices, identifying and implementing savings opportunities.
Ensure tax compliance and oversee the filing of tax returns for each division.

Qualifications:
Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance/Accounting, or related) highly preferred.
Certifications like CPA, CFA, or CMA are a plus.
10-15 years of financial experience with significant leadership roles within finance departments.
Experience in public accounting and with private equity funds valued.
Previous roles as CFO, Vice President of Finance, or similar senior financial positions.
Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
Adept in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
