We're seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you'll focus on engaging Tier 1 and Tier 2 embedded OEM customers in the Southwest and Texas region, particularly in the Industrial/IoT and Medical sectors. Your mission will be to drive rapid sales growth by securing design wins, bookings, and revenue, utilizing both direct sales and channel partners to expand our reach. As a skilled "hunter" with strong closing abilities, you'll cultivate relationships, understand customer needs, and align them with our solutions.

Responsibilities:

Manage sales activities for key accounts, territory, and customers in the Defense/Aerospace market.
Cultivate senior-level relationships within key customers to understand their needs and position our solutions as industry-leading.
Develop strategies to accelerate growth with key accounts through proactive business development initiatives.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive incremental growth in design wins, bookings, and revenue.
Target various vertical markets, with a focus on Defense & Aerospace, as well as Industrial Automation, Medical, Transportation, Telecommunications, and Autonomous devices/vehicles.
Conduct prospecting, discovery, and secure new business by effectively presenting our products and solutions.
Maintain detailed sales activity reports, monthly funnel reviews, and territory forecasts using our CRM system.
Build strong relationships with Tier 1/2 OEMs, Defense/Aerospace customers, and channel partners.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with 5-10 years of experience selling into high-technology markets.
Prior experience in the Embedded Computer Technology market and Defense/Aerospace market is highly desirable.
Sales or business development experience with Defense/Aerospace, Industrial, Medical, and Transportation customers.
Proficiency in target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and negotiate with C-level management.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time to customer locations.
