Senior Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Oversee site development, grading, drainage, and stormwater management design.
• Provide technical expertise in municipal infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments for compliance with regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Illinois.
• Extensive experience in land development and municipal projects.
• Proficient in stormwater management techniques.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
