Overview:

QuarterLine (QL), a Planned Systems International company (PSI) is seeking a skilled Program Manager. The purpose of this overall project is to provide centralized credentialing and privileging services and support to the United States Army Reserve (USAR) Command with initial entry credentialing, maintenance of credentialing and privileging, and support the Centralized Credentials Privileging Board’s review of completed credentials and privileging files.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:

Act as the overall manager and administrator for the contract effort; serve as the working level primary interface and point of contact (POC) with Government program authorities and representatives on program / project and contract administration issues; supervise program / project operation by developing management procedures and controls, planning and directing project execution, and monitoring and reporting progress; manage acquisition and employment of program / project resources; and manage and control financial and administrative aspects of the program / project with respect to contract requirements.
