Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls and emails.
- Ability to cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales.
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- Meet monthly sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets.
- Review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
- The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- A successful track record of meeting sales quotas is a must.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
- The candidate should have a competitive spirit, be self-motivated, and be driven to succeed.
- The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and a robust network is crucial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed are necessary.
