Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Case Management - Case Mgt to join our travel team in Juneau, AK! This is a full time travel contract position.


Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active AK Ambulatory Care, Care Manager license
• 2+ years of Case Management - Case Mgt experience
• This position begins on 02/21/2024 and ends on 05/22/2024
