WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As a Customer Care Associate, you'll embark on a dynamic day of answering calls, booking jobs, and conducting follow-ups to create positive customer experiences. Your role extends to responding promptly and amiably to customer inquiries, initiating outbound calls for appointment reminders, and maintaining an updated customer database.
