Job description

Saint Paul Diocesan Jr/Sr High School, Worcester's only urban-centered, regional, co-educational Catholic school serving students and families in grades 7 through 12, seeks its next Director of Enrollment and Marketing. The position is available February 1, 2024. The Director of Enrollment and Marketing is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive enrollment management and marketing strategy for Saint Paul. The motto of Saint Paul, Fortior Unus ("Stronger Together"), reflects and inspires a school community dedicated to one another and the richness of the world's diversity. Of Saint Paul students, approximately 43% identify as non-white, 21% speak a language other than English at home, and 3% are international students studying abroad. This diversity of culture and experience, rooted in Catholic faith and practice, can be found at Saint Paul daily. The Director will have broad responsibility over all aspects of enrollment and marketing programming and strategic communications. The next Director will be able to build upon a well-established program reflective of best practices. Saint Paul's recently completed comprehensive strategic plan will set priorities and provide direction to the Director's efforts. Key qualifications include:

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with, preferably, at least five years' experience in management, marketing, public relations, or a related field, and proficiency with CRM databases, digital marketing, and social media platforms. A master's degree is preferred. Candidates may have attained this experience through various career paths, including primary, secondary, or higher education; non-profits; or comparable work in the corporate or public sector. Regardless of career path, the next Director of Enrollment and Marketing will be a warm, mission-driven professional, strategic thinker, and committed to Catholic education and Catholic school families. Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with experience. The school is seeking to fill the position on or before February 1, 2024; however, qualified candidates available only in a later timeframe are encouraged to express interest.
