A+S is seeking an organized and proactive Business Development Coordinator to join our team. The Coordinator will devise and pursue strategies to identify and develop new sales and marketing opportunities and a strong client base. Successful candidates will be excellent communicators in addition to possessing strong writing skills and solid design abilities.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the writing, editing, and tailoring of proposals to produce compliant and compelling content.
- Create attractive layouts for proposals and other marketing materials that adhere to brand standards using Adobe and FileMaker.
- Research organizations and individuals to identify new opportunities and develop new markets.
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Develop and track goals for development and business growth.
- Respond to requests for literature and other promotional items.
- Assist with maintenance of client contact database.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Assist with other miscellaneous activities as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
