Job description

ADP is hiring an Operations Executive within our Major Accounts Services division.

In this role, you will work with Senior and Executive leadership teams to create and deliver an impactful strategy across a wide range of channels, platforms, and audiences.  You will make your mark by leading the implementation of strategic priorities and plans that drive operational efficiencies across our Major Accounts business enabling our associates to provide stellar service and insightful expertise to our clients.

What you’ll do: Responsibilities

• You will establish and lead associate and executive communications strategies, policies, standards, and directions across the business unit, including delivering content recommendations and finished communications products to key stakeholders.  As a result, you will improve associate, field, channel and executive communications efficiencies through innovation, process, tools and collaboration.
• You will contribute to the development and adoption of innovative principles and ideas across the business or company while working proactively and cross-functionally across the organization to ensure alignment. 
• You will contribute as a senior business leader, advising senior-level management of critical communications, content and change management strategies and methods.  You will also lead a team of dynamic professionals, driving a culture which fosters engagement and innovative thinking to deliver exceptional results.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Experience in matrix management and oversight of an highly professional or organization
• Ability to motivate, influence and lead others through a variety of deliverables
• Highly collaborative planning ability
• Superior business acumen, communication, and business judgment
• Proven ability to assess performance, mentor and counsel associates essential.
• Strong leadership and people management skills required .

A college degree is preferred but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

• Experience noted above, OR
• Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

• Minimum of 8 -10 years in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to facilitate elaboration sessions with subject matter experts
• Effective listening and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective analytical skills
• Experience in writing strategic communications to Executives
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects while meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• A solid command of business communication tools and strategies
