Job Purpose and Summary
As the Sales Coordinator, your primary function is to manage the sales pipeline and support sales activity throughout AMG with the goal of growing sales, converting leads quickly and nurturing client relationships. You will report to the CFO and work with the Business Development Manager and Sales Group.
Duties and Responsibilities - Inbound Call Management
- Call Tracking Metrics
- CRM and Inbound/Outbound Lead Management
- Existing Client Outreach
- Networking and Tradeshow Support
- Business Development Reporting Support
- AMG Online Presence Support
- Administrative & Clerical Front Desk Support
- FedEx shipments, data entry, form creation, filing and other similar administrative tasks
Education - Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited four-year college/university or two-year degree plus related work experience
Experience - Organization and process management, 1- 2 years minimum
Knowledge and Skills - Intermediate network and computer knowledge
- All MS Office 365 products, including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Data entry accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to collect and compile data
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills, including the ability and willingness to present information small and large groups
- Business writing proficiency
- Basic online marketing and lead generation
