SUMMARY:
The Help Desk Intern provides day-to-day internal customer support.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Internal customer support
- Assist the help desk in the maintenance and deployment of user devices and associated software e.g. laptops, desktops and mobile devices
- Assist in troubleshoot problems with the operation, performance and / or functionality of desktop application software, data center hardware, and/or network environments
- Assist in the day-to-day operational support of the infrastructure and Microsoft based environments
- Assist in the timely response to hardware incidents as needed
- Participate in other IT projects and/or tasks as needed
- May assist in the operational support for existing network, server, and storage equipment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: - Ability to manage small to medium projects
- General proficiencies in Microsoft technology stack including O365 and Skype for Business
- General desktop/laptop hardware and software competencies
- Ability to be a positive change agent and juggle competing priorities
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and assignments, as required
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communications skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work hours necessary to support production and /or maintenance activities
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with assistance
- Ability to work in confined spaces and near operating equipment.
- Ability to work in loud noise environments
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: - HS Diploma require
- Attendance at a four-year college or university pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Systems or other related field(s) preferred
- Equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

COMPENSATION RANGE: $21,00 - $25,00 per hour
Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Benefits available to Team Members include subsidized insurance for the Team Member and designated dependents (medical, vision, dental, life and disability), eligibility to participate in the AGC Biologics 401(k) plan (including a generous matching contribution from the company and immediate vesting), vacation, sick time, and parental leave.
Team Members are also eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus commensurate to the level of the role. The payout is based on both the company's performance and the Team Member's performance.
