Pinpoint Talent has an immediate Opportunity for a Remote/Hybrid* Senior Accountant
*Only 2 days In-Office (Menlo Park) are required per month
About the Senior Accountant:
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our client's finance/accounting team. You will be responsible for performing three-way reconciliations, rebalancing investments, assisting with PBC schedules, and assisting with finalizing the Trial Balance.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Pacific Standard Time)
Duration: Temporary, 3+ months
Hourly Pay Rate: $50 - $55/hr depending on experience
Workplace Location/Type: 95% Remote, 5% in office (2 days per month)
Top Requirements of the Senior Accountant:
Experience with Limited Partnership Reconciliation
Experience with Rebalancing Investments
Experience with Three-way Reconciliation
Strong General Ledger experience
Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
Perform three-way reconciliations involving GL, statements, and investments.
Perform rebalancing investments.
Assist with PBC schedules and assist with finalizing the Trial Balance.
Manage General Ledger accounts and Journal Entries.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
What else we’re looking for in a Senior Accountant:
BA or BS in Accounting/Finance required.
CPA preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of Senior Accountant experience.
GAAP, General Ledger, and full-cycle accounting experience.
Advanced Excel skills.
Preferred experience with NetSuite software.
Preferred experience with investment tracking software.
Preferred industry experience within Financial Services.
