Job Details:
Position: IT Project Manager
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Aurora, CO
Required/desired skills:
*) Bachelor's degree in computer or management science or a related field from an accredited college/university.
*) Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of physical security, engineering, or related industries. ·
*) Knowledge of security systems and technologies, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and alarm systems. ·
*) Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in physical security (e.g., ASIS International, ISC2). ·
*) Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus
*) Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of project management fundamentals, process design, project estimation, budgeting, and ability to do project risk assessment and mitigation.
*) Must be conversant with current project management methodologies, as well as the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for waterfall, Agile and hybrid approaches.
*) Must have a working knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems integration, vendor, and purchase management.
*) Security System Design and Implementation understanding (PREFERRED)
