Position: Associate Attorney (Remote)

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and representation for clients at disability hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges.
Engage in legal writing at the ALJ and Appeals Council levels.
Communicate effectively with clients via telephone, mail, and email at all stages of the disability process.

Qualifications:

Attorney license
1-3+ years of experience in Social Security Disability law
Experience with at least 200 Social Security hearings
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Reliability and dependability
Reside in one of the following states: CO, FL, GA, NV, NM, PA, SC, TX

Preferred Qualifications for Remote Work:

Fast internet connection (20MB+)
Wired Ethernet cable internet connection in your home office
Landline telephone or good cell phone signal in the home office
Quiet home office with no distractions during business hours
