Job description
We are hiring a Help Desk Analyst for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ .
Job Description:
- Providing in person and remote assistance to users, imaging pcs, updating pcs from windows 10 to 11, preparing pcs for surplus/destruction, assisting with dell warranty repairs and parts replacement. Assisting with special projects assigned by the service director.
Skills required:
- Desktop support, PC imaging, PC upgrades, PC surplus
- Troubleshooting ability, knowledge of PC hardware repair/parts replacement.
- Knowledge of all Office 365 applications.
- Ability to prioritize assignments and multitask.
- Good communication & customer service skills
- Office365, Teams, One Drive, Share point, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel for help desk ticket assignment & tracking
Experience required:
- Must have excellent communication, computer, and troubleshooting skills.
- Five years' experience in desktop support and administration.
- Basic knowledge of user maintenance in active directory preferred by not necessary.
Work hours:
- 8:30-4:30
- Lunch period: 1 hour unpaid
