Schedule 1: Supervisor( 40 Hours)
Monday: 8am-4pm
Tuesday: 8am-4pm
Wednesday: 8am-4pm
Thursday: 8am-4pm
Friday: 8am-4pm
PAY RATE:$18.50
Concierge Post.
Must have prior supervisor experience.

• Tourings the property peridoically and scanning points set in place with patrol phone.
• Working along side of maintenance to help satisy any tenant complaints.
• Communicating effectively with other members of the security team and ensuring the work environment is consistently professional and positive.
NY Security Guard License.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Good judgment, integrity and character are essential
• Must be able to pass drug test
