We're excited to announce an opportunity for a visionary leader to join our team in Aberdeen, South Dakota, as our new Chief Enrollment Officer. Role Overview:
The Chief Enrollment Officer is a key leadership position responsible for steering the institution's enrollment strategies and initiatives. You will be instrumental in shaping our future by developing and executing comprehensive plans aimed at enhancing student diversity, engagement, and success. This is a chance to leave a lasting impact on our institution and the lives of our students.

What You'll Bring:

A Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Ph.D. is also highly regarded.
Substantial leadership experience in enrollment management or related fields, ideally within a higher education setting.
A proven track record of developing and implementing strategic enrollment plans that have positively impacted student enrollment and diversity.
Exceptional analytical capabilities, with a knack for interpreting data and leveraging insights to guide decision-making.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, coupled with an ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
A thorough understanding of enrollment management best practices, trends, and technologies.
A deep commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of enrollment management.

Your Impact:

Direct comprehensive admissions and enrollment efforts, including budget management and financial aid strategies.
Lead the charge in implementing our first strategic enrollment plan, driving progress through collaboration and regular updates.
Develop a culture of data-driven decision-making, enhancing our capacity for analytics related to enrollment.
Spearhead initiatives to optimize prospect, lead, and applicant management for maximum engagement and conversion.
Champion team development, focusing on recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance enhancement.
Innovate recruitment strategies to cater to diverse markets, including traditional, non-traditional, and transfer students.
Support key campus events and programs, aligning recruitment strategies with broader institutional goals.
Collaborate closely with Communications and Marketing to amplify our brand and enrollment efforts through various channels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
At least 5 years of senior-level experience in a complex organizational setting.
Demonstrable leadership and expertise in enrollment management.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Experience in marketing management and budget administration.
