Your day to day

We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So, we’re searching for a Sales Manager with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms.


Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Day to Day Responsibilities ( Responsibilities will fluctuate and may evolve with the position ):

• Passion for our incredible brand.

• Achieve budgeted revenues, personal sales goals and maximize profitability. Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget, the hotel marketing plan and financial plans. 

• Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy and increase average rates

• Work closely with the front desk to understand daily reservations activity and drive repeat stays and loyalty with the hotels

• Produce monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyze current/potential market and sales trends, coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share and monitor performance to ensure actual sales meet or exceed established revenue plan 

• Network with existing guests at key traffic times to understand who is staying with the hotel, develop relationships and drive future stays

• Help guests - you’ll be happy to help if someone needs assistance with a request or complaint   

• Provide guests with information (example: loyalty programs, area attractions, restaurants, facility information) to enhance guest experience   

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts in order to produce group and base business

• Raise the awareness and reputation of your hotel and the brand locally through networking and local community engagement  

• Identify improvements to marketing activities and overall hotel sales performance

• Ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done  



What we need from you

• Experience selling in hospitality with book of business contacts.

• Two to four years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting or an equivalent combination of education and work experience 

• Proven track record for success with sales.

• Deep knowledge of the Wenatchee market.

• Opera experience preferred
