National Manager (HQ Location: Beverly Hills , CA + Travel 75% or Up of the time)

[Job Description]- Provide sales direction and guidance to the retail store team to inspire and enable them to meet or exceed sales targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Achieve and exceed sales goals via business analysis, sales training, and customer service.
- Ability to analyze retail store and individual sales representative’s metric.
- Identify areas for development in individual sales specialist’s performance and train accordingly
- Develop and nurture a customer-centric culture among your team by leading by example
- Act as the conduit between corporate and local retail store - disseminating all necessary information & policies and procedures
- Operating an appropriate membership program to increase the number of customers visiting the store
- Motivate the team to exceed the sales goal for all stores in all regions
- Ensure team adheres to corporate guidelines regarding company outreach
- Ability to communicate upward and within your team
- Source, interview, hire, lead, and develop a team of highly qualified retail store associates
- Adhere to corporate directed processes regarding store operations (including but not limited to merchandise display and physical inventory)
- Strong operational skills (including payroll management(time keeping data), staffing, supplies, and maintenance/cleanliness of retail store)
- Prepare Weekly store and sales status report to the management.
[Qualifications]- 10 plus Years in retail sales within related field (A MUST Required)
- Sr. level of Regional or/and Territory manager experience (A MUST Required)
- Great communication skills, and customer service skills
- Experience in furniture/mattress/home appliance company is preferred
- Experience in retail resellers such as Teletron is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience managing/directly supervising the team of 20+ employees
- Travel requirement is 75% or up of the time.
- Comfortable traveling all states
