Chick-fil-A Spring Stations is projected to open in early April.

Chick-fil-A is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team at our new Springs Station location in the St. Matthews area. As a Team Leader, you will have the chance to grow and develop in a brand new organization while receiving guidance and mentorship from Senior Leadership and the local Owner/Operator. What is a Team Leader:

A Team Leader at Chick-fil-A is someone who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces our culture, and has a servant's heart. They are passionate about people, have strong character, take initiative, and work with a sense of urgency. As a Team Leader, you will assist the management team in all aspects of shift management to ensure that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. You will be responsible for supervising assigned stations for an entire shift and may be assigned to open or close the restaurant in the absence of a manager.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a fast-paced restaurant
• Supports leading shifts and opening/closing procedures of the restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Run breaks and create set up sheets for team member positions
• Execute restaurant systems and processes such as food safety and cleanliness audits and checklists
• Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 1 year of leadership experience is preferred
• Minimum 18 years old
• Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
• Strong commitment to superior customer service
• Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
