The Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Performance role will lead the development and execution of strategic go-to-market plans for the global Saucony performance business and ensure coordination and consistency with the regional (EMEA, APAC, LATAM & Canada) teams. This is a central role in the marketing department, requiring holistic planning, collaboration and influence within marketing (Creative, Media, Operations, Channel Marketing, Field Marketing) and across the organization (Product, Sales, Ecom, Consumer Insights). They will oversee and coordinate the launch of in-line products and special makeups with campaigns that gain media attention and drive strong sell-through. Job Description • Manages and executes overall marketing strategy in partnership with marketing leadership. • Drives effective communication of key product and marketing strategies to cross functional teams to ensure that global product positioning and objectives are well defined and deliver a consistent brand message. • Leads the internal marketing teams (Media, PR, DTC, Wholesale, Owned Social, etc.) to determine proper needs and execution by channel, and one aligned voice. • Drives creative brief process to develop the assets and manages the development of marketing assets for execution in market. • Leads and executes integrated marketing plans in the US Market. • Manages the Brand Marketing Manager who supports on seasonal execution. • Contributes to the creation of KPI’s. Measures programs, communicates results of sell-in & sell-through in markets. • Provides solutions based on results. Uses consumer insights strategy ensuring consumer insights are imbedded cross functionally with a global view. • Manages the marketing budget. • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies. • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. • 7+ years of marketing experience. • Solid written communication skills and demonstrated comfort level with public speaking. • Solid understanding of global markets • Proven track record for developing and executing new initiatives. • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize projects. • Comfortable in fast-changing, fast paced environment with tight deadlines. Working Conditions 2-3 days in-office in Wolverine’s Michigan headquarters. Normal office environment. Some travel will be required.
