About the Position

The role of the Director of Talent Planning is pivotal in cultivating a diverse and strong talent pipeline that drives our organization's success. With a focus on strategic thinking, collaboration, data-driven insights, and stakeholder engagement, you will ensure that our talent and succession planning efforts align seamlessly with our business objectives, positioning us to build a strong leadership pipeline deep into our organization. By designing and implementing comprehensive talent planning strategies, leveraging industry best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, you will play a vital role in nurturing employee skills, enhancing performance, and creating a workforce that thrives in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Political Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field and 5 years’ experience
in workforce development, learning development, human resources, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in workforce development, learning
development, human resources, or related area.
3 years’ supervisory experience
