Job description
Responsible for direct sales activity and achieving designated revenue and room night goals within the Entertainment and affiliated vertical markets. Individual will be held accountable for developing assigned market and maintaining account base while maximizing revenue.

Key Accountabilities
• Responsible for direct sales activity and achieving designated revenue and room night goals
• Ability to prospect on new business for hotel and generate revenue from these efforts.
• Ability to handle all aspects of account development to include, sales presentations, site inspections, entertaining and travel
• Ability to maintain business relationships with accounts by proper management, client recognition, prospecting, and development of contacts.
General Requirements
• 2+ years in a direct sales management role (preferably in luxury travel/hospitality) with demonstrated skillset in direct selling within the Entertainment segment.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Relationship management, diplomacy, and consultative abilities
